The XGB series of high-efficiency industrial vacuum cleaners was developed to meet the needs of continuous industrial vacuuming. Combining the advantages of various industrial vacuum cleaners, it utilizes a vortex air pump, similar to a large steam turbine impeller. As the vortex pump's impeller rotates, the air between the impeller blades is subjected to centrifugal force, moving toward the impeller's edge. There, the air enters the annular space of the pump body and then returns to the impeller, where it begins the same cycle again. Because the air is uniformly accelerated, the circulating airflow generated by the impeller's rotation causes the air to exit in a spiral, leaving the pump with extremely high energy for use (the pressure generated is 120-170 times that of a centrifuge of the same speed and diameter). This makes it easy to operate, flexible, versatile, and safe and reliable. It is particularly suitable for vacuuming large areas in pharmaceutical, chemical, and food production plants.
