Overview
TSG series lifting feeders are mainly used for conveying, lifting and feeding of solid materials such as powders and granules in pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises. They are used in conjunction with main process equipment such as mixers, granulators, tablet presses , coating machines, capsule filling machines, etc. to prevent powder contamination and reduce labor intensity.
The TSG-A mobile lifting and charging machine consists of two parts: an elevator and a transport trolley. The elevator is composed of a frame, a hydraulic lifting system, and a hopper tilting mechanism. To operate, the elevator hopper is engaged with the material barrel and then moved to the desired location. The lifting lever is activated to raise the barrel to the desired height. The barrel tilt lever is activated to flip the barrel 180 degrees. The transport trolley is then moved to the desired location. The discharge butterfly valve is then opened, and the material is then fed into the desired process equipment.
The structure of the TSG-B mobile telescopic lift-feeder is essentially the same as the TSG-A mobile lift-feeder, except that the lift is telescopic and its operation is identical. The structure of the TSG-C fixed lift-feeder is essentially the same as the TSG-A mobile lift-feeder, except that the transport trolley is replaced with a fixed base. All material-contacting parts and exposed surfaces are constructed of high-quality Austenitic stainless steel, ensuring smooth, flat interior and exterior surfaces with no blind spots, ensuring compliance with GMP regulations for pharmaceutical production.
