Usage
This machine is suitable for pressing granular raw materials into round tablets, blocks/spheres, ring-shaped tablets, and special-shaped tablets in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and electronics industries. It is not suitable for pressing semi-solids, moist granules, low-solubility, hygroscopic raw materials, or non-granular or fine powder materials. This machine complies with GMP standards. The punch and pin are combined, allowing for pressing of products with different cavity shapes simply by replacing the pin.
Working principle and structural characteristics
1.The machine is driven by an electric motor (stepless speed regulation controlled by a frequency converter) → pulley drive → worm drive → the main shaft drives the turntable to rotate clockwise.
3. When the machine is working, the turntable drives 9 pairs of dies to rotate clockwise, and the upper and lower dies move up and down along the curved track, and the pressure action is completed by the pressure wheel.
4. The upper and lower pressure wheel devices adopt rolling friction, which is beneficial to reduce working resistance and power consumption.
5. The safety unloading device of the pressure wheel is on the lower pressure wheel shaft and is balanced by a spring. Its working pressure is adjusted by the spring sleeve. When overpressure occurs, the spring sleeve automatically jumps to unload, and the alarm device on the electric cabinet will send out an alarm signal. This is conducive to pressure stability, reduces impact and vibration, and protects the punch rod.
6. The control and adjustment of each part such as filling, tablet thickness and speed are all centrally controlled, which is easy to operate.
7. This machine adopts closed oil-lubricated worm and worm gear transmission to reduce power loss and extend its service life.
8.The peripheral components of this machine adopt a fully enclosed structure, which completely separates the sealed tablet pressing chamber and the driving mechanism, prevents dust from flying and avoids cross contamination of oil.
