Working principle and structural characteristics
1.The machine is driven by an electric motor (stepless speed regulation controlled by a frequency converter) → pulley drive → worm drive → the main shaft drives the turntable to rotate clockwise.
3. When the machine is working, the turntable drives 13 pairs of dies to rotate clockwise, and the upper and lower dies move up and down along the curved track, and the pressure action is completed by the pressure wheel.
4. The upper and lower pressure wheel devices adopt rolling friction, which is beneficial to reduce working resistance and power consumption.
