The ZP50-11 rotary tablet press is used to press various granular raw materials into round and shaped tablets, making it a basic machine suitable for mass production. It features a dual-press design with two feeding devices and two sets of wheels. The turntable can hold up to 33 pairs of dies, producing 66 tablets per rotation. The turntable speed, material filling depth, and tablet thickness are adjustable. A mechanical buffer prevents damage from overload. The machine is equipped with a powder suction box. This suction nozzle removes dust generated during operation, preventing clogging and allowing for the recovery of raw materials for reuse.
Application Scope
This machine is suitable for pressing granular raw materials into round tablets, blocks, spheres, annular tablets, and special-shaped tablets in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and electronics industries. It is not suitable for pressing semi-solids, moist granules, low-solubility, hygroscopic raw materials, or non-granular or fine powdered materials. This machine complies with GMP standards. The punch and pin are combined, allowing you to press products of different cavity shapes simply by replacing the pin.
