Working Principle
1. Upward thrust means rise, downward thrust means fall;
2. Transfer the feed shoe to the die ring and fill the die holes with the particles in the shoe;
3. The feed shoe moves away from the die, and the upper punch descends to press the granules into tablets;
4. The upper and lower punches rise successively, and the lower punch pushes the tablet out of the die hole until the bottom of the tablet is flush with the top of the die ring;
5. The feed shoe is transferred to the die ring and the tablet is pushed down the die table and falls into the receiver. At the same time, the lower punch descends again. The die hole is filled with particles again. The tablet is pressed and discharged repeatedly.
The volume and hardness (i.e. the size of the pressure) can be adjusted by the regulator. The lower the punch is, the greater the die hole capacity increases, which can increase the weight of the tablet; on the contrary, the lower the punch is, the thinner the tablet will be.
The lighter it is, the tablet regulator must be used in any case so that when the lower punch is raised to the highest position, the top must be flush with the die table. The lower the upper punch is lowered, the greater the pressure, and thus the tablet
